Accounting and Admin Coordinator for CSD
We are looking for graduates of business accountancy preferably with proven accounting experience, has familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures, competent in MS Office, databases and accounting software and has hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports. It is important that applicant possess characteristics like attention to details, is organized has aptitude for numbers, able to perform filing and record keeping tasks, data entry and word processing skills.
The successful candidate will provide professional accounting and administrative support to the Corporate Services Department through a helpful and flexible attitude. Responsibilities include performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping and financial tasks like payroll preparation, budget monitoring, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, collection, BIR compliance and government remittances. Ultimately, he/ she will ensure that the company’s daily accounting and admin functions run accurately and effectively.
